Complete all steps when placing orders. If you have not received an order confirmation by email, then your order was NOT placed.
All orders will be processed AFTER the store closes on 7/31. Please allow two - three weeks for production after the store closure.
Due to stock issues, we may have to substitute items with a similar product to fulfill an order.
LetterWerks has the right to cancel orders and refund customers if minimums are not met.
Orders will not be accepted after the store closes.
